___What a shock! I planned to take the slow train, but suddenly found myself on the express one, unable to pull the emergency brake! And I loved it. But how did I actually get there?
___Aiming to be a professional journalist in a few years, I thought it would be good practice to do start writing again... The legendary Hack-Mag died some years ago, just when I was about to become a steady editor, so my work never got published. Doing two or three articles for Insomnia, that was my intention, but when I got the offer to take over the news section I agreed immediately. I was not at all sure if I would be able to fulfill this task, but I knew that I wanted to try.
___Could there be a better exercise for journalism than collecting information through all available resources? I was aware that it was nearly impossible to get a complete overview within one week, but I really liked the news section in the first issue of Insomnia, and after all, quality is more important than quantity...
___With the great help and support of the other staff-members we were able to collect a nice amount of news and information from first hand sources - Again giving us the opportunity to present the most entertaining news section money can buy...
